Refund Policy

 

VIOSO Experience Designer

 

At VIOSO GmbH, we want users of Experience Designer to feel confident when subscribing to the platform.

If you experience a technical issue that prevents the normal use of the software, you may request a refund within 14 days of the original subscription purchase date.

 

Eligibility

Refund requests are considered under the following conditions:

  • The request is submitted within 14 days of the original payment date
  • The issue is related to a technical problem that significantly affects the usability of the platform
  • Our support team has been given a reasonable opportunity to investigate or resolve the issue

Refunds apply to the most recent monthly subscription payment only.

 

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will generally not be provided for:

  • Change of mind
  • Lack of use
  • User configuration issues outside the Experience Designer platform
  • Temporary service interruptions, maintenance periods, or third-party service outages
  • Subscription renewals after the initial 14-day period

 

Cancellation

Subscriptions may be cancelled at any time.

Once cancelled, access to Experience Designer will remain active until the end of the current billing period. No further charges will be made after cancellation.
