By creating an account or using the platform, you agree to the following Terms of Service.
Experience Designer is provided as a cloud-based platform for designing, simulating, and validating projection systems and related workflows.
You agree to use the platform only for lawful business and professional purposes and not to misuse, disrupt, reverse engineer, or attempt unauthorised access to the service or its infrastructure.
Users are responsible for maintaining the security of their account credentials and for all activity carried out under their account.
VIOSO reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or are used in a way that may negatively affect the platform or other users.
Experience Designer is provided on a monthly subscription basis.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the next billing cycle.
Users may cancel their subscription at any time. Access to the platform will remain active until the end of the current billing period.
Pricing may be updated from time to time. Any pricing changes will apply to future billing periods only.
Refund requests are handled in accordance with the Experience Designer Refund Policy.
Refunds may be considered within 14 days of payment where a technical issue prevents normal use of the platform.
We aim to provide a reliable and continuously improving service. However, Experience Designer is provided on an “as available” basis.
VIOSO does not guarantee uninterrupted availability and may perform maintenance, updates, or infrastructure changes from time to time.
Users retain ownership of the content, files, models, and project data they upload to the platform.
By using the service, you grant VIOSO the limited right to process and store this data solely for the purpose of operating and improving the platform.
Users are responsible for ensuring they have the necessary rights to upload and use their content.
All software, branding, platform technology, and related intellectual property associated with Experience Designer remain the property of VIOSO GmbH.
These Terms do not grant ownership of the platform or its underlying technology.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, VIOSO GmbH shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of Experience Designer.
Users are responsible for validating project outputs, calculations, and installation decisions before deployment in real-world environments.
VIOSO may update, modify, or discontinue features of the platform at any time as part of ongoing product development.
We may also update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the platform after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
